At present, Lord Allah has lightened for you, and He knew that there is weakness among you, then if there are 100 persons in you having patience, they can defeat 200, and if there are 1000 in you, they can defeat 2000 with the Permission of Allah. And Allah is with those who are having patience.
While it is told in the previous verse that a hundred believers can defeat a thousand disbelievers, here it is told that hundred can defeat two hundred since they were weak in belief. Today, there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, and so there is no war or Jihad with weapons. Instead, the odd-believer has to do Jihad with Adhikr—the Strongest Weapon—against the Kuffar and hypocrites as explained in verse 9: 73. The command of killing hypocrites and Kuffar will be implemented by the second coming of Jesus through the 'other-people’ belonging to Messenger's community who will approve Islam as explained in verses 4: 91 and 158-159. If anyone utilizes Adhikr as Insight and Criterion, he can see that there is no believer in Arabic Quran reading Fujjar as explained in verse 3:77. The hypocritical men and women as well as the Mushrik men and women mentioned in verses 33: 72-73; 48: 6 and 98: 6 have become the worst among the 1000 communities of Lord's creatures. They are deaf in hearing Adhikr and dumb in talking about It as explained in verse 8: 22. These Mujirims who are not utilizing their intelligence are serving Satan rejecting verses 2: 168-169.
